At this point we are not able to help prospective tenants or landlords through the rental process. The majority of leases in Durham still seem to happen semi-privately through sites like kijiji.ca gottarent.com, viewit.ca and other similar sites. Since condos are privately owned there are no rental offices and individual landlords would represent their own units in most cases.

If you are looking for a specific building many will have cork board/community boards located in the lobby that residents sometimes post "in-house" rentals.
